Find your dream holiday property!

Bying a property at Costa Blanca is a way to make that dream come true !

Costa Blanca on the Spanish east coast has a wonderful climate. World Health Organization, WHO, classifies the coastal strip as one of the healthiest places in the world to live. This is primarily because of the many sunny days, about 320 per year.

We have focused our business on the Costa Blanca especially to the south of Alicante. This part covers the entire spectrum of life, from quiet traditional Spanish villages to the cosmopolitan atmosphere of major cities or tourist areas.

The Costa Blanca is committed to tourism, something shown by the unquestionable variety and quality of its leisure options. Water and safari parks, aquariums, craft fairs, caves, boat trips and an endless list of sports options, mean that the Costa Blanca’s leisure options are almost infinite. If you’re a fan of water sports you can take advantage of the wide and varied range of activities on offer. You can go scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing or take a jet ski ride. Or you could fly with one of the hang-gliding schools that are always ready to take you up and away.

Golf lovers know that our golf courses have facilities that are second to none. There are numerous of golf courses in the area of Alicante of which we can mention Alicante golf course designed by Steve Ballesteros and Villamartin golf course designed by Paul Putnam.

The landscape is not just defined by the sea, but also by the mountains that overlook it. Alicante is the second most mountainous province in Spain and it is here that we see the grandeur of the Mediterranean landscape. From valleys that are home to crops grown on terraces originally created by the Moors to a horizon packed with oaks, pines and carob trees perfumed by a wide variety of aromatic plants. Those who love mountains and hiking are sure to enjoy the well-signed paths that run through our inland districts. In the south, the mountains give way to palm groves and the smallholdings stretch as far as the eye can see.
